ANDPME is The National Agency for Development of Small and Medium Enterprises (NADSME) , it was created by executive decree N° 05 165  3 May 2005.

It is a public establishment of an administrative character, endowed with a moral status and financial independence, placed under the tutelage of the minister in charge of SMEs which presides the Board of guidance and supervisionas specified by the executive decree N° 05 165  3 May 2005.

ANDPME is the state instrument in terms ofimplementation of the national policy for small and medium enterprises development.

The National Agency for Development of SME -ANDPME- , placed under the tutelage of the Ministry of industrial development and the investment promotion, was charged with the implementation of the national program of upgrade, with a budget of 386 billion dinars for the benefit of 20,000 Algerian SME.

The ministerial department on which the agency depends also envisages the creation of 200.000 enterprises.

For this purpose, ANDPME through its experience, the proposed organization, institutional support, strengthening supervision, diploma awarding training of the agency’s workers, will contribute to the implementation of the national program of upgrade, as an essential tool for enterprises upgrading, as stated in the statement of the Ministers Council dated 11 July 2010.
